Privacy notice

ML Designs, LLC is a small handmade business. We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order, and we never sell your information.

Payments

Checkout is handled by Stripe, a secure payment processor. Your card, Apple Pay or Google Pay details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

What we receive

When you place an order, Stripe shares your name, email address, shipping address, the items you bought and the amount paid. Stripe keeps this as a customer record so we can look up your order history.

How your email is used

• To send your receipt, shipping confirmation and tracking number.
• To reach you about your order, for example a personalization question or a delay.
• To reply when you email us.

We don't add you to a mailing list or send marketing emails unless you choose to sign up.

Our email list

If you sign up on this site, we keep only your email address and use it to send news about new pieces and seasonal drops, about twice a month. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can reply and ask to be removed at any time.

Custom order requests

When you send a custom order request, we receive the details you enter (name, email, occasion, colors, quantity, date and any photo you attach) and use them only to reply about that request. Sign-ups and requests are stored by our website host, Netlify.

Sharing

We share your details only with the services needed to complete your order: Stripe for payment and USPS for delivery. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Cookies & this website

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your shopping cart is saved only in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. Like most websites, our host (Netlify) keeps basic technical logs for security, and we use those server logs to see anonymous visit counts, such as which pages are popular and which sites send visitors here. No cookies are set for this. Our fonts load from Google Fonts.

Your choices
